Convenient location close to the airport, which made it easy to get in and out. I had a calm and restful time here. 🌿

our stay at the holiday inn express in chanhassen was exceptional. the facility was immaculately clean, the staff resolved our reservation issue promptly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a choice of plush pillows. everything exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place as a whole was very clean and the staff was nice. There was a huge breakfast included.

Upgrade to a queen suite with a jacuzzi and fridge for a comfy stay. 🛀 The location is super handy for visiting Mall Of America.

The customer service at the front desk was excellent. I needed extra hangers and the staff went out of their way to find some for me. They were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Another positive aspect was the comfortable bedding and bed. I had a great night's sleep and felt well-rested in the morning. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

One negative aspect was the condition of the bathrooms. The tile was cracked and the grout was crumbling, indicating a need for remodeling.

Conveniently close to the bus station, just a 10-minute walk away 🚶. They offer early check-in and late check-out, and the staff here is super friendly and helpful. The King room comes equipped with a microwave and a kitchenette, which is really handy.

We stayed at a hotel a few miles away in a lovely location. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering a shuttle service to a nearby event. The breakfast was delicious and there were amenities like a pool and Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the assisted living facility being close by, as we had a wonderful time visiting there. it was a great experience.
